Job Description
Greenberg Traurig is seeking an intellectual property associate with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the areas of trademark copyright and Internet / social media law including U.S. and foreign trademark prosecution clearance enforcement TTAB litigation and online brand enforcement matters (including UDRP proceedings) covering a broad range of industries. Locations: Chicago and Atlanta.
This qualified individual must possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong legal research writing and analytical skills. Must be self-motivated and flexible. Prior experience at a regional or national law firm is preferred.
Admission to the Georgia Bar or the Illinois Bar is preferred but not required.
The expected pay range for this position is:
Annual pay range for Chicago is $225000 to $365000
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience location and other job-related factors permitted by law.
