Responsibilities of Our Senior IVA Advisors
As a Senior IVA Advisor at PayPlan you will:
- Be the point of contact for both clients and creditors using your expertise to ensure great outcomes for all parties.
- Create sustainable effective IVA proposals that will ensure voting agents support them.
- Work to clientfocused qualitybased targets.
- Proactively build trust with clients by establishing rapport listening acknowledging and guiding them through their journey.
- Use your expertise and rapport to guide clients to the best solutions overcoming objections.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and third parties.
- Be commercial and clientdriven listening to client needs being supportive and empathetic.
- Guide colleagues where needed using your expertise to help them achieve good outcomes.
Key Skills of a Successful Candidate
- At least 12 months of previous experience within the personal insolvency sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to understand client needs.
- Exceptional customer service skills to handle challenging and vulnerable clients.
- A great team player with the confidence to work independently.
- Excellent attention to detail with a methodical and thorough approach to your work.
- A desire to show initiative and the ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands on your time.
