Job Description
Carlyle Place Atrium Health Navicent is an inviting notforprofit LifePlan community located in Northwest Macon. Teammates have the unique opportunity to provide care for our residents in assisted living memory care and skilled nursing communities.
Schedule details:
40 hour work week every other weekend including a half day 6hrs) during the week.
Essential Functions:
Supports residents with activities of daily living
Obtain and document vital signs and height/weight measurements
Document resident care using electronic medical record
Education Experience and Training:
High School diploma or GED
Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification with the state of Georgia
