Position: PM&RPhysician

Job Type: Independent Contractor
Seeking a BoardCertified or BoardEligible Physiatrist to join dedicatedmedical team. This is an independent contractor opportunity ideal for aphysician passionate about patientcentered rehabilitation care andmultidisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
- Ability to obtain Tennessee medical licensure

- PM&R residency
- A rehabilitation fellowship (minimum one year)
- Oneyear internship with at least two years of rehabfocused experience
