Job Summary:
We are seeking an IT Helpdesk Clerk to provide technical support and assistance to our internal users. The ideal candidate will diagnose and resolve technical issues install software and hardware and help with troubleshooting network problems.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications are a plus
Proven experience in providing IT support and customer service
Strong knowledge of computer systems and software applications
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
Responsibilities:
Respond to IT support requests and provide timely solutions to technical issues
Install and configure computer hardware software and peripherals
Troubleshoot network problems and escalate issues as needed
Maintain accurate records of user requests and issue resolutions
Collaborate with team members to improve IT processes and procedures
Assist with IT projects and initiatives as assigned
