Founded in 1984 Best Formulations LLC a diversified nutraceutical and personal care company headquartered in City of Industry California is a contract manufacturer of thousands of branded SKUs including high quality nutritional supplements including softgels tablets capsules powders teas dietary supplements and vegetarian softgels.
About the role:

As a Total Rewards Manager they will lead the design implementation and management of our compensation benefits and recognition programs. This role is crucial in ensuring our total rewards strategies are competitive scalable and aligned with business goals and values.
How will you contribute:

- Develop and manage compensation structures job leveling frameworks salary bands and incentive plans.
- Lead annual compensation reviews including merit increases bonuses and equity planning.
- Oversee benefits administration including health wellness and retirement plans.
- Benchmark programs using data from sources like Radford Mercer and WTW.
- Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and internal policies.
- Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition on internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Lead total rewards communications and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships RFPs and benefit program evaluations.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in HR Business Finance or related field (Masters or CCP preferred).
- 58 years of progressive experience in compensation/benefits/total rewards.
- Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel HRIS systems (Paycom/Workday/ADP) and compensation tools.
- Deep knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations.
- Strong communication negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
Work Environment:

This position is currently classified as onsite at our City of Industry location.
Base Salary Range: $per year based on candidate professional experience level. Employees are eligible to participate in Medical Dental Vision Life Insurance 401(k) Holidays Vacation Tuition Reimbursement Program.
The final salary offered for this position may take into account a number of factors including but not limited to location skills education and experience.
