How Youll Make an Impact
Define product specifications and features based on customer requirements and market trends.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product gaps and opportunities.
Translate customer needs into detailed product requirements including technical specifications and quality standards.
Establish product standardization guidelines to ensure consistency in manufacturing processes.
Coordinate customer approval processes including product samples and prototypes.
Liaise with customers to understand their specific product requirements and manage expectations.
Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams to resolve productrelated issues.
Monitor customer satisfaction and drive product enhancements based on feedback.
Your Background
Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or a related field.
Proven experience in product management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong understanding of product development processes and manufacturing techniques.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage timelines.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and customer insights.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
