Position Summary:
Kemper is growing and seeking a strong Corporate Recruiter to support ongoing talent acquisition needs for our Finance/Accounting/Product business areas by managing the outreach and job marketing aspects of the candidate generation and screening process. This role will guide senior leadership/executive candidates through the recruitment lifecycle providing a positive candidate experience. The role will support the inhouse recruiting team by driving interviews and working to hire top talent.
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for maintaining a constant flow of outreaches to Finance/Accounting/Product professionals sourcing for both active and leadership communications with various contacts and Kemper employees.
This role requires a high degree of organization and ability to creatively engage prospective candidates or referrals to foster interest in Kempers open jobs in a timely manner. Must be able to prioritize while updating candidate databases with related candidate status and networking details.
