Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Apprentice Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the automotive industry and a desire to develop their technical skills and knowledge. As an Apprentice Technician you will work alongside experienced technicians to learn and perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on MercedesBenz vehicles.

Responsibilities:

Assist experienced technicians in performing routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles.

Perform basic inspections oil changes tire rotations and other preventive maintenance services.

Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using specialized diagnostic equipment.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.

Continuously develop technical skills through onthejob training and formal education.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repairs as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic automotive knowledge and a strong desire to learn.

Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Willingness to attend training programs and pursue certifications.
