Our client a leading global provider of customer support and IT services is seeking a dedicated and dynamic French Client Care Coordinator to join their team in Lisbon Portugal. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a vibrant international team and contribute to an exceptional customer experience for Frenchspeaking clients.
As a French Client Care Coordinator you will be the goto contact for Frenchspeaking clients ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service and care. You will manage customer inquiries and resolve issues through various communication channels including phone email and chat. Your role is crucial in maintaining client satisfaction ensuring smooth and effective service delivery and coordinating between various internal teams.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Frenchspeaking clients providing outstanding care and support.
Manage client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently via phone email and chat.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions feedback and service requests.
Monitor service levels and ensure customer satisfaction is consistently high.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the client experience.
Support the onboarding process for new clients and assist with troubleshooting where necessary.
Ensure all client interactions are conducted professionally and in line with company policies and standards.
Assist in developing strategies to improve customer care and retention.
Fluent in French (both written and spoken).
Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Previous experience in customer care client coordination or a similar role is preferred.
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
Proactive selfmotivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with customer support tools and CRM systems is a plus.
