Job Description
TASQ is looking for a manufacturing plant manager to work onsite in Pasig.
The prescreening interview will be done over the phone so please keep your line open.
Work setup: Onsite (Pasig)
Shifting schedule: Morning Shift 6:00 AM 2:30 PM (MondayFriday) & 6:00 AM 1:00 PM 2 Working Saturdays); Night Shift 6:00 PM 2:30 AM (MondayFriday) & 6:00 PM 1:00 AM 2 Working Saturdays)
Requirements:
Graduate with a bachelors degree in engineering business administration or any related field.
A minimum of 510 years in plant operations with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Plan organize direct and run daytoday plant operations.
Ensure production meets quality standards and delivery deadlines.
Monitor and optimize production efficiency capacity and costs.
Supervise coach and develop plant staff to foster a highperformance culture.
Address employee concerns and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
Conduct regular safety audits and address any deficiencies promptly.
Manage plant budgets including labor materials and equipment costs.
Collaborate with the department manager to align plant goals with organizational objectives.
Prepare and present operational reports to the management.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the plant other departments vendors and management.
