Whats the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist your job is to help customers by answering their inquiries resolving issues and ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable experience. Youll be a key part of our multicultural team working in a fastpaced and rewarding environment.
What Will You Do
Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat
Provide helpful and accurate information about services and products
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Maintain records of customer interactions and update systems accordingly
Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and ensure highquality service
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
What Were Looking For:
Native or nearnative level of Hungarian (written & spoken)
Strong English communication skills
Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and handle different types of customer interactions
Basic computer skills (MS Office CRM software etc.
Positive and proactive attitude
