Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive Enterprise Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at driving highvalue sales building lasting client relationships and contributing to the companys growth by closing enterpriselevel deals. This is a highly rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about driving business success in the IT hardware networking and surveillance solutions domain.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy and :

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to target enterpriselevel clients.
  • Identify business opportunities and drive the entire sales cyclefrom lead generation to closing deals.
  • Build customized solutions and proposals to address clientspecific needs.

2. Client Engagement and Relationship Building:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with decisionmakers at enterpriselevel organizations.
  • Schedule meetings presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring exceptional customer service.

3. Revenue Generation:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing highvalue deals.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track all opportunities to completion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.

4. Market Research and Insights:

  • Conduct indepth market research to identify trends opportunities and potential clients in the enterprise sector.
  • Monitor competitors and adapt sales strategies to stay ahead.

5. Negotiation and Closing:

  • Conduct detailed discussions and negotiations with clients to finalize contracts.
  • Secure longterm agreements and partnerships that align with the companys growth objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Educational Qualifications: Minimum Graduate in any discipline.

2. Skills and Competencies:

Proven ability to close sales and generate revenue in a B2B environment.

Strong understanding of IT hardware networking and surveillance solutions (preferred).

Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Selfmotivated goaloriented and a team player.

3. Experience:

Prior experience in enterprise sales business development or a similar role is highly preferred.

Freshers with exceptional communication and persuasion skills may also apply.
