Position Title: Operations Manager Location: Clearwater FL (possibly one day remote after onboarding) Comp: 120125K
Our client is seeking a highly technically savvy Operations Manager to support training ATS oversight reporting and updating SOPS. This person will have one direct report and will need to have track record of strategic thinking and operational background from within the staffing industry.
Duties:
Reviews financial reports reviews payroll monitors accounts and prepares activity reports and financial forecasts. Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company s internal capacity.
Ensures that operational activities remain on time and within budget. Manages company financial matters develops longterm strategies and provides financial reports
Ensures compliance with labor laws contracts and company policies.
Collaborates with sales recruitment and HR teams to ensure internal alignment and customer satisfaction.
Drive technology adoption (including but not limited to AI) and process automation where appropriate.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and quality of service.
Oversees the preparation of the companys budget and reports to management on variances from the established budget and the reasons for those variances.
Strategies and creates process controls and audits as necessary involving the company s operational and financial requirements.
Develops and assists with the creation of general and specialized training materials involving but not limited to company branding and culture policies and procedures position specific and other companyrelated material.
Trains all new and existing employees in all general and specialized training materials as needed.
Oversees and audits the payroll system ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees while also handling related tax and benefit obligations.
Manages the preparation and management of the organization s financial budget ensuring accurate forecasting and efficient allocation of resources.
Implements and maintain internal financial controls and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements.
Supervises daily operational tasks related to credit collections billing budgets and spending.
Conducts finance audits periodically and recommends improvements.
Acts as the main point of contact for addressing any inquiries and questions related to operations financial operations SOP s and client audits.
Maintains constant communication with managers staff and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company.
The Attributes We Seek Keys to success in this position include knowledge of staffing and management operations as well as proficiency in financial reporting and with systems such as various ATS s Kronos/UKG and other thirdparty applications Excel and other MS Office tools as required. At least five 5 years of experience in an operations role demonstrating strong technical and analytical skills is needed. Bachelor s degree in business management HR/HRIS Finance Business MBA Education Graduate Economics Business/Administration Public Administration or Management is required.
