MalaceHR is seeking a highly motivated and customerfocused Workplace Experience Ambassador to support frontofhouse operations and ensure a welcoming wellmaintained workplace for employees clients and guests. This role plays a vital part in the overall employee and visitor experience requiring a balance of professionalism handson support and strong communication skills.
Greet and assist all internal and external visitors with a high level of customer service.
Manage reception and frontofhouse operations directing inquiries appropriately.
Assist in the physical setup of events and meeting spaces including signage equipment and furniture.
Maintain daily room bookings and event calendars; ensure meeting spaces are clean stocked and operational.
Receive and sort incoming mail/packages; prepare and process outgoing deliveries.
Tidy and restock common areas such as kitchens print rooms and conference rooms.
Register visitors and coordinate with vendors (e.g. catering maintenance) escorting them onsite as needed.
Act as the liaison between facilities and internal teams communicating updates and resolutions via email.
Assist in troubleshooting minor equipment or appliance issues in shared spaces.
Required:
High school diploma or GED.
2 4 years of experience in reception concierge hospitality or a related customerfacing role.
Intermediate computer skills especially Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to follow up on tasks and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Professional appearance and demeanor with the ability to perform light physical tasks (e.g. moving chairs stocking supplies).
Preferred:
Catering or hospitality industry experience.
Familiarity with facilities operations or office vendor coordination.
Ability to stand for periods push/pull items on wheels and lift light equipment.
Must follow a business casual dress code (no jeans; black gym shoes permitted).
Comfortable balancing frontfacing professionalism with behindthescenes manual work.
