• Collaborate with team members to develop and execute motion design projects from concept to final production.
• Contribute to the of corporate identity projects including visual audits creative conceptualization and guideline development.
• Create highquality motion graphics and animations using After Effects and other motion design software.
• Work with the creative team to select audio video colors and animations that align with the brand identity.
• Stay uptodate with the latest design trends software tools and motion design techniques to continually improve work quality.
• Provide creative input and feedback in team discussions to improve design solutions and visual concepts.
• Help streamline workflows by improving design processes and ensuring the efficient of projects.

About You:

• 3 years of experience in Motion Design
• Proficiency in After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite (if you work with other software we can discuss it)
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion design and visual storytelling a plus if you have specific UI animation projects
• Fluent English level (written and spoken)
• Communication and organizational skills (file architecture file organization and prep to handover to videographers etc.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
• Great visual culture and a researcher mindset keep benchmarking keep bringing high quality work youve seen and might want to try the same approach keep those tutorials coming
• Loves the discipline of identity and branding we are building differentiation in the sector that goes beyond creating a cool video but consistency across channels and brand coherence
