We are seeking a highly experienced and resultsoriented Director of Sales to lead and drive our sales strategy cultivate a highperforming team and achieve ambitious revenue targets. The Director of Sales is responsible for managing SolaHD business segment success by driving profitable sales growth. The individual will develop and implement sales strategies forecast sales and manage direct sales staff and relationships with channel partners OEMs and end customer to meet and exceed business plan objectives. The position will be managing a seasoned staff of electrical discipline technical sales professionals and independent rep agents and will report directly to the Business Director of Controls & Software.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary within the local market in which we operate and reward performance during the annual merit review process. The total target comp range for this position is $130000 $170000 annually commensurate with the skills talent capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
