Responsabilits

  • Effectuer la facturation priodique et cyclique selon lavancement des travaux dans un contexte de facturation par projet;
  • Effectuer la facturation de la main duvre aux clients;
  • Entrer les factures dans le systme informatique;
  • Grer les contrats de location;
  • Raliser diverses tches administratives relies la facturation.
  • Mises jour et amlioration des diverses procdures et formations;
  • Bon de commandes achats et rception de marchandises;
  • Coordonne les appels de service et les feuilles de temps pour facturation;
  • Gestion des tats de comptes des clients;
  • Assurer le suivi durant le processus de ventes auprs des clients;
  • Mise jour des budgets et prvisions financires de la succursale;
  • Demande de transport dingnierie de formation et de grues;
  • Recherche et dveloppement pour futurs projets;
  • Soumission et suivis des dossiers;
  • Gestion des dossiers clients des projets (Ouverture des dossiers dnonciation mise jour des chantiers dcompte progressif);
  • Soutient au charg de projet suivis des chanciers et toutes demandes connexes;
  • Soutien la flotte de vhicule programme dassistance la conduite logbook;
  • Dossier SAAQ Entreprise;
  • Mise en march Ontario selon les rglementations de la construction (TSSA);
  • Apporter un soutien lquipe en effectuant diverses tches administratives (Appel tlphonique classement photocopies correspondance courrier planification de runion etc..
  • Conception graphique pour publicits lettrage rseaux sociaux (LinkedIn);

Qualifications

  • Formation gnrale de niveau professionnel (DEP) ou collgial (AEC DEC) en administration ou bureautique ou secrtariat;
  • Toute combinaison de scolarit et dexprience juge quivalente sera considre;
  • Minimum de deux 2 annes dexprience pertinente;
  • Maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office. Exprience avec Rental Man; un atout;
  • Sens de lorganisation souci du dtail et rigueur;
  • Dbrouillardise autonomie et flexibilit.
  • Maitrise de la langue franaise tant loral qu lcrit;
  • Discrtion rigueur bon jugement initiative et autonomie au travail;
  • Sens de lorganisation et de la planification;
  • Excellentes aptitudes pour le travail dquipe;
  • Grande habilet communiquer dvelopper et entretenir des relations daffaires durables avec la clientle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform periodic and cyclical invoicing according to the progress of the work in a projectbased billing context;
  • Invoice labour to customers;
  • Enter invoices into the computer system;
  • Manage lease agreements;
  • Perform various administrative tasks related to invoicing.
  • Updates and improvements to various procedures and training;
  • purchase orders purchases and receipt of goods;
  • Coordinates service calls and timesheets for invoicing;
  • Management of customer statements;
  • Follow up during the sales process with customers;
  • Update of the branchs budgets and financial forecasts;
  • Transportation engineering training and crane applications;
  • Research and development for future projects;
  • Submission and followup of files;
  • Management of project client files (Opening of files denunciation updating of construction sites progressive counting);
  • Support to the project manager followup of deadlines and all related requests;
  • Fleet support driver assistance program logbook;
  • SAAQ Enterprise file;
  • Ontario Building Regulations Marketing (TSSA);
  • Provide support to the team by performing various administrative tasks (phone call filing photocopying correspondence mail meeting scheduling etc..
  • Graphic design for advertisements lettering social networks (LinkedIn);

Qualifications:

  • General training at the professional level (DVS) or college level (AEC DEC) in administration or office automation or secretarial work;
  • Any combination of education and experience deemed equivalent will be considered;
  • Minimum of two 2 years of relevant experience;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Rental Man; an asset;
  • Organizational skills attention to detail and rigor;
  • Resourcefulness autonomy and flexibility.
  • Fluency in the French language both oral and written;
  • Discretion rigor good judgment initiative and autonomy at work;
  • Organizational and planning skills;
  • Excellent teamwork skills;
  • Strong ability to communicate develop and maintain lasting business relationships with clients.
