Job Description

Join our team as a Solar Laborer and contribute to the construction and
maintenance of utilityscale solar projects. This handson position
involves a variety of tasks including setting up solar panels assisting
with foundation installation and maintaining clean and organized project
sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic the ability to
perform physical tasks in various weather conditions and a commitment
to safety and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation of solar panel systems including setting up
racks and mounting panels.
Support pile driver operators by preparing installation sites and
handling materials.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by managing tools and
materials and clearing debris.
Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to meet project
deadlines and standards.

Requirements:
Physical ability to perform laborintensive tasks in outdoor
environments.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to adhering to safety
guidelines.
No prior experience in solar required but construction or labor
experience is beneficial.
Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with various
project stakeholders.
