About the role
Were looking for a proactive and solutionsfocused Customer Service Specialist team member for a 11month fixed term contract to support the smooth delivery of domestic and export orders across the ANZ region. Based in Melbourne and as the key escalation point for customer service youll play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service and timely resolution of any issues all while building strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate timely and courteous order management and fulfillment
- Be the primary point of escalation for ANZ customer service and drive effective issue resolution
- Collaborate with logistics teams and external providers to meet customer expectations
- Monitor and manage open orders service claims and fulfilment issues
- Support ongoing improvement by meeting KPIs and aligning with global TBS OTC standards
- Build strong relationships across TBS and prioritise tasks to meet regional service level agreements
About you
Were looking for an experienced and selfmotivated professional with a strong background in customer service supply chain and/or logistics. Youll bring your expertise to manage key accounts ensure smooth operations and drive efficiency within a fastpaced environment.
- 5 years of experience in FMCG supply chain/logistics ideally in wine or CPG
- Proven track record managing key accounts and understanding SLAs
- Proficiency in ERP systems (JDE preferred) and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities to thrive with minimal supervision
- Experience collaborating with offshore teams is a plus
