Internal Training Advisor

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Deliver training for internal clients
Provide training on payroll our business solutions (e.g. report generator Record of Employment Human Resources etc.
Select and apply instructional design models and learning theories to create effective learning programs
Participate in the development and validation of various training documents (e.g. presentation participant guide trainer guide various procedures etc.
Schedule training sessions and coordinate the use of the online training tool
Keep training databases up to date with new system options (production release)
Maintain a high level of knowledge of new features developed in the applications
Control and improve the quality of training through surveys call monitoring and result analysis
Collaborate in identifying training needs for resources and participate in internal training activities (e.g. production release)
Support advisors on various applications
Perform administrative tasks

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

College or university education in pedagogy andragogy human resources accounting or a related field
At least three years of experience in training skills development payroll or a related field
Knowledge of adult learning principles
Experience in designing blended learning programs using various methods
Effective consulting skills with multiple stakeholders
Analytical and synthesis skills
Good priority management organizational and planning skills
Ability to manage various projects
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) in French and English
Demonstrates great creativity
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel and PowerPoint)
Comfort with IT
Knowledge or mastery of a learning platform
Knowledge of payroll (an asset)
Knowledge of payroll systems (Nethris or EmployeurD application an asset)
Knowledge of customer service (an asset)

Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
