Conveyancing Manager Milton Keynes Up to 55000pa
Managing an established team of Conveyancers this is an exceptionally rare opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to take the next stepinto management.
Carrying your own small caseload you will additionally be responsible for managing and motivating your team of 6 Conveyancing Fee Earners ensuring productivity is maximised without compromising on the quality of work.
Based in Milton Keynes at this growing and exciting firm of Solicitors you will use your extensive knowledge of Conveyancing to lead your team to new heights leading from the front at all times.
An ideal role for an experienced Conveyancer looking for that next step!

What youll be doing
- Responsibility for managing and leading your established team of 6
- Carrying your own small caseload of Conveyancing transactions
- Liaising with the management team at Partner level
- Responsible for stability and the overall growth of the team and department over time
What you will have
- Must have demonstrable experience of working in Conveyancing and a desire to step into a managerial position
- Have experience of using a Case Management system
- Be a motivated selfstarter able to work effectively and efficiently whilst also being an engaging and motivating leader
