Hot Food Production Cook

Shift:12;30pm9:00 pm Thursday to Monday (Tuesday & Wednesday off)

Complete and return all temp sanitation and production logs to the manager at the end of each shift
Clean all work areas and complete prep work 15 minutes before end of the shift to allow the manager or lead cook/crew leader to doublecheck work areas
Maintain clean prep areas coolers shelves and floors in all work areas
Ensure that all food labels are accurate and correct
Inform the manager of damaged and unsafe equipment that needs to be repaired or replaced
Address client or student concerns about food
Work catering as deemed necessary for operational needs
