Job Description
We are on the hunt for a topnotch Sales and Customer Service Person for a busy Hot tub and Pool company. Weve been tasked by the Kamloops industry leader with recruiting their next great hire. The right individuals will possess a high level of professionalism be great with people and have a demonstrated ability to work independently in a fastpaced setting.
Our client has spent a long history of establishing themselves as the top Pool and Spa retailer in Kamloops. They strive to create a supportive culture for their team where people love to come to work and that translates to the service that they offer their just like working here. And now they are looking to add more members to their team.

They provide a permanent yearround role that comes with an above average compensation package (base pay commission).
Heres a quick list of the responsibilities:
- Based in Kamloops
- Perform retail sales
- General customer service answering phones and customer care
- Assisting customers with water testing sales of Water care Products and related services
- Display solid knowledge of hot tub line and aid customers in their buying decisions (training will be provided for the right individuals)
- Participate in product knowledge sessions to ensure your skills and knowledge are at the forefront of the industry
- Prepare and complete all required paperwork for customer sales financing etc
- Maintain cleanliness of showroom washrooms windows to represent a highly professional image.
- Order Receive and count/adjust stock as required
- Assist with basic administration as required Warranty registration GC applications financing shipping etc
- Any other tasks as required
Heres a list of things you will bring to the job:
- 24 years of experience in similar sales role
- A mature approach to your work ethic and a solid understanding of the consultative sales process
- A proven track record of top quality customer service
- A high degree of professionalism
- A clear understanding of how to best represent the company to the public
- A strong drive to operate selfsufficiently
