Nursery Manager
Up to 50000 FullTime Inclusive Benefits Package
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager to take the reins of a newly renovated nursery complete with spacious rooms and a vibrant outdoor play area designed to inspire curiosity and growth in young minds.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills a deep understanding of early childhood development and a commitment to creating a nurturing space for both children and staff to flourish.
What Were Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 (or above) in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience as a Nursery Manager with a strong track record of positive Ofsted inspections
- A sound understanding of child development and EYFS frameworks
- Strong interpersonal communication and organisational skills
- A positive proactive and inclusive leadership style

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daytoday running of the nursery ensuring a safe inclusive and engaging environment for all children
- Lead and inspire a team of early years professionals offering ongoing support training and mentorship
- Plan implement and evaluate a rich curriculum that supports every childs learning and development journey
- Build strong trusting relationships with families through open honest and collaborative communication
- Ensure the nursery meets all statutory and regulatory requirements including safeguarding and health & safety standards
- Take responsibility for key administrative tasks such as budgeting scheduling and staff management
