Nursery Manager

Up to 50000 FullTime Inclusive Benefits Package

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager to take the reins of a newly renovated nursery complete with spacious rooms and a vibrant outdoor play area designed to inspire curiosity and growth in young minds.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate leader who thrives in a childcentred environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding early years education. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills a deep understanding of early childhood development and a commitment to creating a nurturing space for both children and staff to flourish.

What Were Looking For

  • NVQ Level 3 (or above) in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience as a Nursery Manager with a strong track record of positive Ofsted inspections
  • A sound understanding of child development and EYFS frameworks
  • Strong interpersonal communication and organisational skills
  • A positive proactive and inclusive leadership style

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daytoday running of the nursery ensuring a safe inclusive and engaging environment for all children
  • Lead and inspire a team of early years professionals offering ongoing support training and mentorship
  • Plan implement and evaluate a rich curriculum that supports every childs learning and development journey
  • Build strong trusting relationships with families through open honest and collaborative communication
  • Ensure the nursery meets all statutory and regulatory requirements including safeguarding and health & safety standards
  • Take responsibility for key administrative tasks such as budgeting scheduling and staff management
