Job Responsibilities

  • Payroll & Compliance Management: Oversee endtoend payroll processing compensation and benefits administration ensuring accuracy statutory compliance timely updates for new hires exits and wage revisions as well as supporting audits and full & final settlements.

  • MIS & HR Analytics: Lead creation and maintenance of monthly/quarterly HR dashboards and reports covering headcount attrition diversity recruitment etc. ensuring data consolidation hygiene accuracy and timely delivery to senior stakeholders.

  • Compensation & Benefits Operations: Manage processes related to salary structures (permanent and contractual) variable pay provisioning increment letters benefits policy updates and salary disbursement calculations while ensuring documentation and compliance.

  • Data Integrity & Audit Controls: Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data by coordinating with HR Ops Shared Services COEs and HRIT. Conduct regular audits and implement process controls and corrective measures.

  • Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with internal HR teams and external vendors for compliancerelated tasks documentation and timely of HR operational processes.

  • Employee Query Management: Handle and resolve employee queries related to payroll PF ESIC benefits and settlements efficiently and within stipulated timelines.

  • Reporting Standardization & Reconciliation: Drive standardization of reports and perform regular verification and reconciliation of payroll manpower and attrition data for enhanced decisionmaking.

    1. Working Days : 6 Days (Monday Saturday) Alternate Saturdays Off
