Job Description

We are looking for an analyst to help shape CITBs strategy.

Our Strategy Analysts support senior managers in strategy development through the collection and analysis of data and research and scenario planning. They also provide leadership and project management for strategic reviews.

The role involves extensive quantitative and qualitative analysis of construction skills recruitment and training challenges. The postholder will develop analytical reports and make recommendations about CITBs strategy. This includes the Identification and analysis of alternative funding models and training initiatives to inform strategic decision making and identify what other funding or solutions are available to industry.

Our Analysts monitor performance and compare different interventions to identify improvements to our strategic plan. They support wider CITB reviews or projects that require strategic input.

Our Analysts work collaboratively with strategy colleagues and with colleagues in the wider business to continually improve our approach to strategy development monitoring and review. We are looking for a candidate who can work with a wider team who work remotely from the office for some aspects of the job and who can work independently on their own project work.

The role is office based however there is some flexibility in work location. Some limited travel in GB is required.
