Heidelberg Materials is one of the worlds largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9000 employees.
What Youll Be Doing
- Operate batch plant equipment to produce concrete and other materials.
- Monitor and adjust plant settings to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on plant equipment.
- Coordinate with drivers and other team members to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of production and inventory.
What Are We Looking For
- Strong understanding of batch plant operations and equipment.
- Ability to perform maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Capability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to postoffer preemployment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
What We Offer
- $25.00 to $28.00 per hour.
