Key Responsibilities
1. Fixed Assets & Capital Leases
- Own the lifecycle of fixed assets: additions disposals impairments and depreciation.
- Reconcile fixed and intangible asset balances monthly.
- Work crossfunctionally with Tax Treasury Operations and Finance teams.
- Manage capital leases and intercompany invoicing.
- Drive accurate timely financial reporting.
2. P&L Analysis & Reporting
- Review and analyze P&L statements for R&D and assigned cost centers.
- Prepare reports post journal entries and ensure accurate financial classification.
- Produce insightful monthly reports that support business decisions.
3. Audit & Review Support
- Prepare reconciliations and auditready documentation.
- Support both internal and external audit processes with clarity and precision.
4. Backup Finance Duties
- Serve as a reliable backup for key finance functions including payroll accounting cash reconciliations and expense auditing.
5. Crossfunctional Financial Support
- Partner with teams across the organization to deliver financial insights.
- Help others understand and leverage financial data to improve outcomes.
What You Bring to the Table
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree (or higher) in Accounting.
- At least 3 years of professional accounting experience.
- Solid understanding of GAAP and ERP systems (Sage a plus!.
