Job Description
What youll be doing:
- Dig into everything from TikTok subcultures to industry reports to understand what people care about and why
- Help create briefs presentations and POVs that inspire creative teams
- Analyze trends audience behavior and category norms to find opportunities for brands to stand out
- Participate in brainstorms research dives and creative development sessions
- Contribute to research efforts (desk qual quant) and help synthesize what it all means
- Learn how to build a strategic narrative and help bring one to life

- A strong writer who enjoys finding the right words to express complex ideas
- Open collaborative and generous with your thinkingInterested in people what they care about and why they do what they do
- Not expected to know it all but excited to learn and ask smart questions along the way
- Candidates should have prior work or life experience in a relevant field be currently enrolled as a Senior in a Bachelors program or a recent graduate with a major in Media Marketing Advertising or similar field (a degree is not required)
- Have written something youre proud of (a blog essay zine Twitter thread research paper fanfic anything)
- Comfortable with research whether thats Googling deep or digging through data
- A good communicator both in writing and out loudAvailable fulltime for the 10week internship program
