Compensation:
- Base Salary of $50000 based on experience with performance base incentive with uncapped potential
- Car allowance

Essential Functions or Responsibilities:
- Generating new leads by making cold calls calling on active accounts and maintaining an awareness of new business openings in the area.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and potential customers.
- Genarate proposals and make executive level presentations.
- Hit sales goals on a consist basis by acquiring new customers and growing current customers.
- Make customer site visits to perform equipment surveys.
- Manage organize and prioritize multiple projects at one time.
Requirements:
- Interested parties must possess a demonstrated record of success in selling services or other intangible offerings.
- You must be selfmotivated with a strong desire to work with customers at all levels.
- A leadership character along with the desire ability and skills to manage the entire sale cycle is essential.
- Having experience in Commercial/Industrial HVAC industry preferred by not required.
- Excellent oral written and organizational skills / with use of Outlook Excel and word.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work on ladders or step stools
- Requires bending stooping and standing.
- Good visual and spatial perception.
- Follow established safety policies including but not limited to mobile equipment PPE emergency response HAZCOM firstaid response etc.
