Salary:.33 per year
Working Hours: 2 on 4 off. 8am11pm plus sleep
Service: Childrens Residential Home
Service Users: PSB/SHB
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in residential childcare
Employment Type: Permanent Fulltime
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people. You will be leading shifts supporting young people in their daily activities and ensuring a safe nurturing environment.
Strong leadership skills
Ability to build positive relationships with young people
Resilience motivation and adaptability
Understanding of safeguarding and care planning
Good IT and recordkeeping skills
Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
