Job Description
For our client which provides advisory services business consulting and IT implementations with a focus on the financial services and insurance industries we are looking for a SAP Integration Consultant.
Our client is a global consulting and IT services firm that helps Financial Services Business and IT leaders address business challenges by providing innovative solutions and leveraging effective delivery models which are tailored to your needs and business priorities. They are your trusted partner in conceptualizing finance and accounting controlling and MIS strategies and solutions. They implement transformation programs in an effective and efficient model; combining local presence with nearshore delivery.
The best fitting candidate will beable to understand source files from technical insurance systems as well as SAP requirements and work with the business to design interfaces including things like aggregation rules mapping rules etc. Coding the interfaces is not a required skill but familiarity with middleware tools like SAP PI / PO / CPI or Informaticawill be helpful.
Responsibilities:
- You will implement interfacing solutions and scenarios with SAP PO / CPI and provide competent consulting services;
- You will be responsible for designing of interfaces and integration solutions including writing technical specifications;
- You will serve the client with your professional competence in SAP integration domain;
- As a trusted integration advisor you will manage consulting team expectations and avoid escalations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of practical experience in SAP PI PO or CPI;
- At least 1 project with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI);
- Experience in configuration and enhancing common standard adapters like SOAP REST IDoc File RFC HTTPS JDBC JMS Mail etc. and integration flows and XSLT;
- Competence with cloud connectivity with AWS AMQP OData ODC will be an additional asset;
- Experience with insurance or financial services sector a plus;
- Very good business knowledge of English;
Nice to have:
- Java or ABAP OO;
- SAP PI/PO/CPI certifications;
