Strategy Implementation: Create ideas to determine flexibility of utilizing lean
manufacturing by kaizen and conduct rootcause analysis to
formulate and support innovation corrective actions and
improvements
KRA: Adherence to training calendar and skill management
Employee Engagement & Improvement Initiatives: Contribute through motivating employees to identify gaps to
prevent waste and inefficiency in production along with benchmarking the best practices to achieve manufacturing
excellence
KRA:FPY IDC
Competence Development: Conduct BPS qualification & competence development programmes for value stream to build competency in the plant
KRA: Review and steering SQCD target timely inputs for business process
engineering wage payment
Assessments: Assist value stream in developing and implementing BPS plans that align with overall business strategy use input to establish BPS standards during concept and implementation of I4.0 projects related to BPS maturity
KRA: BPS maturity score I4.0 No of use cases; savings generated through use cases
Competence Development: Develop competencies in the functional area based on present
and future trends as per the business requirements

Qualifications :
Education
* Bachelors degree in mechanical / industrial & production
Experience
* 5 years of experience in operational business (production logistics planning etc. with handson experience of implementing lean concepts
