Job Description
Tasks
- Assist in the creation and issuance of Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers.
- Follow up with vendors on order confirmation delivery timelines and documentation.
- Perform receiving/ Good receive/ Goods movement
- Any other ad hoc logistic & purchasing department support
Project
- Annual year end stock take
- Participate in supply managemnet process improvement
Qualifications :
- Candidate that is pursuing a Bachelor in logistics /supply chain or related fields.
- Preferable 6 months of internship compulsory commitment.
- Required language(s): Fluent command in English Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
- Joining date: June 2025
