Job Description
- Accord to business demand Lead and manage new product launches in the manufacturing area in compliance with PIF standards
- Develop the relevant standardization of the process to guide the production line and achieve stable operation
- Introduce new processes (process improvements line upgrades etc. to achieve continuous improvement of the business unit (value stream)
- Lead/participate in the systematic solution of problems to achieve the proper operation of business units (value streams)
- Standardized process solutions to improve process reliability
Qualifications :
- Setup & introduction of new production standards in order to contribute to target achievements of the value stream team
- Development of new methods and applications to improve the value stream KPI (safety/quality/delivery/cost)
- Guarantees continuous capability of production continuous availability of production lines and machines
- Leads & supports continuous improvement measures and projects
- Leads capacity planning activities and ensures right approach for capacity development
- Drives cross functional teams to analyze quality issue to find out root cause with systematic problem solving method
- Execute BPS methodology on value stream level and recognizes deviations from standards
- Execute big data methodology to improve safety/quality/delivery/cost
- Knowledge of PPC calculation and providing production relevant information with support
