Job Description

Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing project coordination support workflow management support and taking the lead on creative development for the full range of functions managed by the Marketing Team.
  • Supporting the rollout of all marketing executions ensuring the smooth operationalization of quality accurate approved and deadlinecompliant projects.
  • Supporting other creative functions of the Communications Digital and Marketing Directorate with necessary and required content.

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing Journalism or similar field
  • 4 years experience in a similar role / in a Marketing Department
  • Experience managing fastpaced design workflow preferably using a project management tool (Trello most preferable)
  • Experience with Art Direction including graphical content photo video and audio shoots
  • Experience conceptualising and writing content for all Marketing platforms
  • Computer literacy particularly in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Zoom Teams and basic Adobe Acrobat

Advantageous attributes and experience:

  • Experience with proofreading / copyediting
  • Experience with appropriate design software tools (Adobe Design Suite Canva)
  • Experience facilitating signoff with various roleplayers across an organisation
  • Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle for occasional business use
