Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing project coordination support workflow management support and taking the lead on creative development for the full range of functions managed by the Marketing Team.
- Supporting the rollout of all marketing executions ensuring the smooth operationalization of quality accurate approved and deadlinecompliant projects.
- Supporting other creative functions of the Communications Digital and Marketing Directorate with necessary and required content.

Minimum requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing Journalism or similar field
- 4 years experience in a similar role / in a Marketing Department
- Experience managing fastpaced design workflow preferably using a project management tool (Trello most preferable)
- Experience with Art Direction including graphical content photo video and audio shoots
- Experience conceptualising and writing content for all Marketing platforms
- Computer literacy particularly in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Zoom Teams and basic Adobe Acrobat
Advantageous attributes and experience:
- Experience with proofreading / copyediting
- Experience with appropriate design software tools (Adobe Design Suite Canva)
- Experience facilitating signoff with various roleplayers across an organisation
- Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle for occasional business use
