As a WordPress Developer you will play a crucial role in implementing the vision for our digital products. You will influence a team of engineers collaborating with crossfunctional internal and external teams to design scalable innovative and customercentric web site experiences using WordPress.
What youll do:
- Provide technical expertise on WordPress
- Provide expertise designing and developing websites on WordPress.
- Create new web sites based on these core technologies
- Wordpress ACF Wordpress Gutenberg
- Languages: HTML CSS JavaScript PHP and SQL
- Frameworks/Libraries: jQuery NodeJS
- Tools & Technologies: Git RESTful APIs
- Experience in translating designs into seamless responsive layouts.
What you have:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field. Advanced degree considered an asset.
- Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications using WordPress CMS and related themes and plugins for 5 years.
- Experience migrating from other CMS to WordPress.
- Experience with WPEngine is preferred.
- Strong understanding of PHP backend development.
