Where you fit in
As a member of the Business Development team the Business Development Associate is responsible for ensuring clients connect to care through the development and implementation of strategies to create maintain and grow relationships with internal network referral sources and communitybased referral sources and partners. The Business Development Associate works as part of the Business Development team with Marketing and Communications and with all areas of operations to ensure client and referral satisfaction. The Business Development Associate represents the network to the public at communitybased functions and within the network at the facility.

Your exceptional qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelors Degree in a healthcare business administration marketing or related field preferred
- One or more years of experience in health care business development/marketing environment preferably in the mental health and addiction treatment field required
