- Identify and research communities schools and teams that may benefit from All American Trainings programs.
- Build and nurture relationships with individuals parents coaches and other community stakeholders through calls emails and inperson meetings.
- Schedule consultations for individuals and teams with our Lead Coach and Chief Performance Officers.
- Maintain and grow a comprehensive database of leads.
- Assist in organizing and executing special events such as camps clinics and seminars.
- Attend community events to network increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to generate sales opportunities.
- Use our CRM system to effectively communicate with prospects via phone text and email.
- Conduct thorough sales consultations with prospective clients guiding them through our services including group training private coaching team training and nutrition counseling.
- Close sales by recommending the most suitable services for each prospects needs.
- High School diploma required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in grassroots marketing and sales (experience in fitnessrelated sales is a plus).
- Experience working in a gym or fitness training environment.
- Familiarity with the needs and environments of athletes is advantageous.
- An athletic background is preferred but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and energetic demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve organizational goals.
Job Types: Fulltime Parttime
- Flexible hours with options for 4hour or 8hour shifts.
- Day shifts Monday to Friday with weekend availability as required.
Naples FL (Candidates must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting work).
Valid Drivers License required.
