At Preply our B2B business is growing fast and our Key Account Managers are at the center of that growth. We work with global companies to help their teams unlock the power of language learning driving real impact for their employees and business goals.
As a Key Account Team Lead you will lead and inspire a team of highperforming account managers dedicated to our most strategic global clients. Youll ensure we deliver exceptional value to customers driving retention growth and expansion. This is both a people leadership and playercoach role youll be expected to develop your team while directly managing a small portfolio of enterprise accounts.
Youll work closely with Sales Marketing Product and Operations to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for our customers. What youll be doing:
- Hire onboard coach and mentor a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs)
- Build team OKRs and track team KPIs customer health metrics and revenue goals
- Use data to inform decisions that continuously improve team performance and customer outcomes.
- Work closely with Sales Product Marketing and Support to influence the product roadmap and ensure a seamless customer experience and capture customer feedback.
- Oversee the postsales lifecycle for B2B clients ensuring successful onboarding engagement longterm retention and expansion.
- Personally manage a portfolio of strategic accounts working with L&D and HR professionals on setting up successful language learning programs.
- Track team KPIs customer health metrics and revenue goals using data to inform decisions that continuously improve team performance and customer outcomes.
- Work closely with Sales Product Marketing and Support to ensure a seamless customer experience and capture customer feedback.
What you need to succeed:
- At least 45 years of experience managing renewals and upselling to Key accounts
- At least 2 years of experience managing teams
- Fluency in English; additional European language is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM solutions and online platforms
- Excellent oral and verbal communication skills with all levels within our customers teams
- Empathy and ability to build relationships with customers
- Team spirit handson attitude ambitious and passionate
