Were on the lookout for Client Services Agents who are driven personable and ready to own the phone. Youll be the first point of contact for our clients turning warm leads and phone enquiries into booked appointments all while delivering worldclass service.
About the Role
Due to our rapid growth and increasing demand we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Client Services Agents to join our team. In this pivotal role you will serve as a vital touchpoint for our clients ensuring their journey with Dental Boutique is seamless and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Converting warm leads into booked consultations through engaging phone conversations
- Creating genuine connections and guiding clients toward the right dental solutions
- Championing our mission and values in every call every day
- Managing bookings across multiple clinics with finesse and precision
- Maintaining client relationships and ensuring each caller feels heard cared for and excited for their appointment
About You
- 12 years experience in customer service sales or call centre roles
- A confident phone presence and strong communication skills
- Natural sales ability and a passion for helping people
- Attention to detail and solid organisational skills
- Experience with CRM/scheduling systems (a bonus)
