Origination Associate Real Estate Finance
London Up to 60000 Bonus Benefits
Are you a wellpresented articulate and careerminded individual with a strong academic background and a genuine interest in property finance
Were working with a specialist lender with an impeccable reputation in the real estate finance market providing bespoke funding solutions from up to 25m. Their lending covers residential investment bridging developer exits commercial and warehouse assets and specialist sectors including hospitality and care.
Due to continued growth they are now seeking a confident and highly motivated Origination Associate to join their London team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic professional environment where youll work alongside a seasoned team and have real scope to progress.
What Youll Be Doing:
Originate and support the of real estatebacked loans
Build and manage broker introducer and client relationships
Assist with financial analysis loan structuring and internal approvals
Engage in due diligence and deal progression through to completion
Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and lending criteria
What Were Looking For:
A degree from a wellregarded university (finance economics or real estate advantageous)
A strong understanding or exposure to real estate finance or commercial lending
Excellent verbal and written communication skills confident polished and personable.
Wellorganised commercially aware and driven to succeed.
Financial modelling or analytical experience would be beneficial.
