MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: ;

The following qualification(s) MUST be met and clearly detailed on the application form on or before the last filing date: ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ;
Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and possession of an appropriate level NYS Drivers License OR
ONE 1 year of fulltime paid experience in building cleaning and minor maintenance activities and possession of an appropriate level NYS Drivers License. ;

PLEASE NOTE: Incumbents must maintain a current and valid NYS Drivers License throughout employment with SSCSD.

DUTIES: This is routine and repetitive manual work calling for the efficient and economical performance of building cleaning and occasional minor maintenance tasks. Cleaning and maintenance tasks are performed according to a wellestablished routine. An incumbent may be responsible for the cleanliness and minor maintenance in a small school building or work under supervision of a higherranking employee at a larger school building. Supervision may be exercised over the work of cleaners or helpers.
