Job Description
We are growing at Subaru of Macon!
The Jackson Auto group is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Associate at our Subaru of Macon location. The right associate is a motivated and resultsdriven individual responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers. This is a full time individual contributor role that offers a competitive commission schedule. The successful candidate must have exceptional customer service skills! Sales experience is a plus but not required as we love to train those with the drive to succeed and a passion for the automotive industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet customers and assist with their vehicle purchase needs
Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives with customers
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Assist with financing and completing necessary paperwork for vehicle sales
Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction
Stay uptodate on product knowledge features and specifications
Participate in sales training and meetings as required by the dealership
Ensure the dealership is clean and wellmaintained to create a positive customer experience
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous automotive sales experience is a plus but not requred
Must possess strong customer service skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced teamoriented environment
Proficient with technology including Microsoft Office and DMS systems
Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
