Job Description

You will

Prepare and process monthly A/P.

Assist with the preparation of construction loan draw requests.

File paid invoices and other project documentation.

Prepare bank deposits and deposit vouchers.

Property tax identification and distribution

Adhoc analysis quick pays and other special projects.

You are

Eager to welcome challenges and enjoy a variety of tasks.

Known for your attention to detail.

Friendly. Even in the middle of completing three tasks with tight deadlines and get interrupted.

A selfstarter with a strong work ethic who cant wait to apply all youve learned.

You have

3 years experience in a similar role.

Proven your ability to work within a multiple entity and fastpaced environment independently and as part of a team.

Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of Yardi.

Exceptional accuracy communication and people skills.

Real Estate industry experience (preferred).

NOTE: This position is based out of our Edmonton office and is between 2030 hours per week.
