HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
You will contribute to the Mixing Team by:
Consistently mixing all tire components as required and and by knowing the required specs. and following safety and quality standards.
Assisting with Mixer operations as needed including sequencing exchange of pallets rubber containers and control panel operations
Expertly communicating various Mixing personnel to ensure operations are disabled
Working with various technology in the Mixing production Process
Assist with exchange of pallets containers and trolleys
Following all plant policies environmental policies and departmental safety policies.
Performing other duties as directed by the shift leaders or management team.
THE ENVIRONMENT
Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must be always adhered to. This includes safety wear such as (i.e. safety glasses hearing protection protective covering).
All new hires will be required be placed on a evening or weekend shift etc.
The job is within a nonclimatecontrolled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold) forklift and pedestrian traffic and noise.
This role is within a climatecontrolled facility.
The role involves various physical tasks including lifting and operating machinery with comprehensive training provided.
Qualifications :

HS diploma /GED
ADDITIONAL WAYS TO STAND OUT
13 year experience in manufacturing preferred
Forklift driving experience preferred.
Willing to work 8 and 12 hour rotating shifts days and nights.
