Job Description
M te tranga About the opportunity
We are looking for an Experienced Cafe/Barista with Bar Licence to join our Team. This is a Full Time Role. The ideal candidate must be able to work in the weekends and nights. Must have a LCQ certificate current Managers certificate.
Along with consistently brewing the best coffee you thrive in a solecharge environment and enjoy enriching the lives of our residents. Youll also be responsible for:
- Ensuring all customers have a great experience
- FOH service and cash handling
- Prepping and serving cabinet food
- Ordering supplies as required
- Set up and pack down each shift
- Maintaining our cafe cleaning safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications :

- Cafe/Barista Experience
- Be able to work in the weekends
- Interacting with elderly people
- Have a positive can do attitude
- Performing to a high standard with diligence and care
- Working within a team where we respect our residents and each other
- Honesty and integrity
- High energy physical fitness and enthusiasm
- Good customer service organisation and problemsolving
- Relevant Bar experience
- Current Managers Certificate
