Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others and providing outstanding customer service. As a Customer Service Representative at Reebot Staff you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone email or chat.

  • Provide product and service information to customers addressing concerns and troubleshooting issues.

  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in our system.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and customer satisfaction.

  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent highquality service experience.

 


Qualifications :

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.

  • Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software is a plus.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
