We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role you will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility generate leads and support overall business growth. The ideal candidate is analytical creative and has a solid understanding of market trends marketing planning and campaign .
Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures email campaigns and print collateral
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
Assist in planning and executing promotional events and campaigns
Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging
Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports
Manage and optimize clientfacing communications and presentations
Support the development of content for client proposals newsletters and presentations
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field
2 years of experience in a marketing role preferably in real estate or related industries
Strong communication organizational and project management skills
Proficiency in marketing tools analytics platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fastpaced environment
